1. General Information

Wild Pacific Whale Watch is a San Diego-based whale watching company offering guided tours aboard the Peregrine. These terms govern your use of our website and participation in our tours.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Customer Cancellations: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Late Cancellations / No-Shows: No refunds will be issued.

• Operator Cancellations: In the event of unsafe weather or vessel issues, we may cancel or reschedule. You will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

4. Weather & Marine Sightings

While we do our best to ensure sightings of whales and other marine life, nature is unpredictable. Wild Pacific Whale Watch does not guarantee sightings, except where explicitly stated (e.g., our whale watching guarantee). Conditions at sea may vary.

5. Safety Aboard the Vessel

• All passengers must follow crew instructions at all times.

• Children must be supervised by an adult.

• We reserve the right to refuse boarding to anyone under the influence or acting in a way that could endanger themselves or others.

6. Liability Waiver

By booking a tour, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of ocean-based activities. Wild Pacific Whale Watch, its crew, and operators are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings, except in cases of proven negligence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, images, text, and design—is the property of Wild Pacific Whale Watch and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data without consent.
