Today was one for the books aboard The Peregrine! We began our journey with an energetic pod of 200 long-beaked common dolphins, playfully leaping and gliding alongside the boat. Not far off, we encountered 100 short-beaked common dolphins, their bold coloration and acrobatics adding even more excitement.
Then—magic. A massive blue whale, the largest animal on Earth, surfaced in the distance. We watched in awe as it exhaled a towering spout and glided beneath the waves with effortless grace.
From playful pods to a gentle giant, today reminded us why the ocean never ceases to amaze.
